Our school holiday program will cover a range of boxing skills and Techniques. Please see structure of the 4hr and 05 minutes program 11:25m-3:30pm .
1 Boxing Basics
2 Strength session( Push ups, Sit ups , Squats & 1kg boxing with weights )
3 Heavy bag work
4 Motivational talk
5 Games time b-Ball, Soccer & Bowling
Please ensure kids have a packed lunch we will supply fruity snacks .
