Cancellation Policy

1. All cancellations require 24 hours notice before appointment. Full payment will be required if cancellations occurs on the day.
2. If you are sick please notify your Trainer as soon as possible. No charges will apply for sickness.
3. If you are unable to make your appointment, within 7 days you must schedule a catch up session. If unable to, full payment will be required for your session.
4. Fit2box delivers excellent service, if your Trainer cancels without proper notice, you will be offered a free extra session that you may use within 4 weeks. This will be in addition to your existing session.
5. Personal Training clients are required to always be $50 in credits which will be used for any cancellations.
6. If your cancellations occurs frequently (3-4 times over three months) your spot may be forfeited.
7. Fit2box Boxing Studio provides exceptional service and a great environment for members to workout.
