I enjoy training for my fitness at F2Box. Boxing is the best exercise to strengthen my back muscles and also strengthening of my core muscles. Highly recommend this Boxing studio to anyone new or looking for a studio to train. Roger and his team are very dedicated.

Since the first day I walked in, my two primary coaches - Roger and Jess - made me feel comfortable and worked patiently with me to improve my boxing skills. I explained my goals to them, and they made every effort to help me achieve them. I had 1 on 1 sessions with them with affordable prices, and they start from the basics to build your skills and slowly progress to more advanced drills. And within a year, I have started sparring which is done in a safe and professional manner.Further, Roger organises regular events for members to attend and there is a community and inclusive feel in the boxing studio. This is one boxing studio that if you go to, you are unlikely to move from. Definite recommend!

Roger is the best! He trains Lennox and takes the time out with him to be patient, but also teaches him discipline and accountability. Lennox is learning very quickly and it's fantastic Saturday afternoons with the one one tome Lenoox gets to learn a sport.

I have trained with Roger and I honestly cannot recommend this gym enough. He has years of experience and pushes you hard to better yourself and reach your goals! It’s not easy but it’s definitely worth it and always makes you feel more confident and strong. Can seriously say that after leaving a session you already can’t wait to get back to it!All round he is just a lovely guy wanting to help people reach their potential and is willing to work hard with you to get you there which is not something you come across easily in this type of industry! Very welcoming, accomodating for all fitness levels and the place that will help you fall in-love with yourself again! HIGHLY recommend!

I have been training at Fit2box for just over 5mths now and I have definitely seen improvements in my boxing techniques and fitness level.Roger is such an amazing trainer. He is always pushing us to our limits , yet encouraging at the same time . Even during the lockdowns he was there for us providing online classes and checking in on our mental well being .I would highly recommend Fit2box to anyone of any age and skill level, who is wanting to learn boxing and keep fit in a welcoming and friendly environment.

I have been training at this gym for over three years now and absolutely love it. I have experienced all sorts of group classes for all ranges of age and ability, as well as taking part in multiple Private Training sessions with a variety of different trainers. The diversity in training sessions that are provided here are insane. There are also options for more professional boxing training, through sparring with other potential fighters, and occasional informal tournaments. I love this Gym and feel incredibly welcome here, and couldn't recommend it enough.

I have been a member of fit2box since it's inception and can genuinely say Rog has created the most authentic Boxing studio in Melbourne! Not only are there experienced boxers taking PT sessions, there is a sense of community that is embedded throughout the studio. Great welcome from trainers, including the owner Roger Grant. Everyone is so inclusive and friendly team participation. The workout sessions are amazing. I love this studio. It’s unlike any other boxing studio I’ve been to. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. I love learning a new skill and the trainers are patient and encouraging. You work hard but never feel intimidated. Roger is so kind and generous with his time. I now have a 3 month old bub and have been taking her with me for private sessions. Let’s just say we are rarely on time. I like that Members vary from young to adult, with lots of females. It’s a real community. My partner also attends frequently and he is super fit with footy and cricket and finds this an awesome workout.

I have attended many gyms before but this is my first boxing gym and hands down it is has the friendliest, most down to earth vibe of all the gyms. The trainers and members are focused and supportive yet so humble and undaunting to us less experienced. I love my boxing sessions and seeing the community train together is so inspiring. Highly recommend roger and the crew at Fit2Box, previously trained muay thai and with the assistance of F2Box i drop 8kgs in a little over a couple months, got fit and strong again which opened more health and fitness opportunities with the improved fitness levelThe whole team at F2box were extremely accommodating and with a very vast membership base it is easy and welcoming for people of all ages and fitness level to join this gym.

Fit2Box is very well setup with it’s open space and areas to train and learn the art of Boxing. The men and woman who take classes of Pt, small group and sparing training are well experienced and knowledgable in the sport, they pride themselves on teaching basics and techniques whilst also making sure you get a sweat on during your workout. It is a very friendly community with many families involved and always willing to help each other to maximise your experience.All in all, i believe Fit2Box is brilliant facility for those who would like to strive towards weight loss, maintaining fitness or just simply love the sport of boxing and would love to learn.

Great boxing gym! I was looking to get active again after Covid lock downs and wanted something with substance that was engaging and a hard work out.Fit2Box in Moorabin hits the mark. All the crew - both members and trainers are great. Beginner or experienced, I can see everyone on the floor is getting not only a great workout, but also the guidance they need from the coaches to make sure they are training and learning.Those worried about Covid - the hygiene and covid compliance is followed and the gym is clean! The efforts from everyone (members and trainers) keep each other safe.I'm new to boxing but will say the trainers and workouts are awesome! I've had Roger, Jonty and Jay run the classes I've been too and while the challenges of the work outs are consistent (you'll sweat and be sore haha) all 3 offer variety in style that keeps every 6am class interesting and worth getting out of bed for.Highly recommend to anyone looking to challenge themselves and learn the art of boxing or just looking for a workout with more substance.

I can not recommend Fit2Box enough. I train here about 4-5 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers, awesome music and participants who take class create a perfect workout environment. All the trainers - Roger, Jonty, Jay and Campbell - cater for all in the classes regardless of experience level. All the class members welcome newbies as if they were family and make them feel at home from day 1. During Covid the guys kept us moving with on line prerecorded classes as well as live classes. The variety at this place means that no class is the same. All trainers are actively boxing at either Amateur Level or Professional so all their classes are from personal experience. Best value for money training that I have experienced. Do yourself a favour and give it a go. ❤️❤️🥊🥊

They help you master the foundations well, encourage you and push you without pressure. Roger, his team and the Fit2Box family make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. From no experience with boxing this boxing studio and its trainers had me feeling capable, challenged yet not out of my depth with technique and fitness. Highly recommend this awesome studio and it’s community.

I joined Fit2Box Boxing studio around 3 months ago - its the perfect balance of hard work and fun! I have been a member of other boxing gyms previously but none have come close.I enjoy every class i go to and the fact they have so many on during the week makes it easy to stick to a routine.Roger and the team are professional but fun and they make you work hard without pressuring you - if you want to get fit, have fun, learn boxing techniques and meet a bunch of awesome like minded people then this is definitely a place to consider.

Roger and the team are fun, welcoming and extremely good at what they do.If you want a good hard workout with amazing results in a family style atmosphere this is just the place. They cater for every level - from kids classes and complete uncoordinated beginners like me - right through to professional level athletes.

Best boxing gym ever. Roger is an awesome trainer as are the rest of the team. My fitness has improved so much since I started boxing here. Both the individual sessions & classes are really enjoyable. Great if you want to get fit & have fun. Couldn’t recommend it more highly!

Probably the best boxing gym I've ever stepped foot into, no exaggeration. Oh, and when the Jerk truck stops by it steps up another level! All the coaches are amazing and Roger does a great job making you feel like you are apart of the family. Highly recommend.

Had the pleasure to work with these Elite trainers for over 3 years!! Each class was full of cardio training, fitness, strength, ability, as well as tuning and correct boxing techniques. Absolutely loved every minute of it and cannot recommend it enough to all who are looking to get in shape, have fun and train hard!!!

An excellent and friendly environment to learn the art of boxing and to do classes to stay fit. Roger is the ultimate professional, with a great understanding of how to get the best out of every client. Not matter what level your at, whether your a beginner, as I was, or a seasoned boxer, he knows how to work you hard and push you to you limits every time. No two sessions have ever been the same which just keeps you coming back for more. Everyone I have met has been friendly and there is a real community vibe around the gym. A great pace to work out and I would thoroughly recommend Fit2Box it to anyone looking to improve their quality of life!!!.

Last year after discussing life and wanting to improve my health physically and mentally a good friend of mine introduced me to Roger Grant at Fit2box .Let me just say how lucky I was that he did!At first I was terrified to try boxing and thought I was too old and would never be able to do it.How wrong I was!!Roger Grant and all at Fit2box not only taught me to box and showed me that ANYONE can do it no matter what age , weight or mobility, boxing can be for everyone . He gave me encouragement,power to be better and during one of the hardest moments of my life showed me compassion and gave me strength to continue my health journey.Fit2box isn't just a boxing gym, it's a family and have shown that everyone is welcome to join this family.I'm so happy I am part of It!!!! ❤️

I have been a member at Fit2Box for a couple of years now and I highly recommend that anyone trying to get fit and in shape gives it a go!It welcomes people of all ages, sizes and you don't need to have had any prior boxing experience.Fit2Box is not just a great place to get in shape, but also to meet some inspiring people that are on the same mission.Most importantly, the trainers care about you and your goals, so they will motivate you and push you until your goals are met.

I have got to say a big thank you to Roger Grant at Fit2box.Fit 2 Box gym is a great place where I am comfortable to train to get fit. I have been training for about 9 months now and have lost 9.5 kgs in that time. Roger is a great motivator. During this time I managed to break my hand, but this did not stop me. With Rogers help I was able to keep training and keep fit through the 8 weeks whilst I recovered. I am just about to get back into sparring, I cant wait!!The environment at the gym is very friendly, there are a number of classes that run. But also you can train one on one with Roger as I do and fulfill a dream to learn how to box professionally whilst getting fit.I have done martial arts, gym training, swimming and other sports to keep fit, but this I would say is the most effective training I have ever done to get fit and stay fit.Don't hesitate, give it a go.Andy Fothergill
